Provincial-level management platform
Base on the Platform of National children’s vaccination information management system, each provincial-level health bureau should follow the requirements of “Criterion of vaccination” and “Criterion for the administration of Children’s Vaccination Information Reports ( test version)”, as well as the practical needs of local immunization programming, to build up a platform of provincial children’s vaccination information management system. Besides, the platform should be integrated with the client server software, thus to help building up a consummate network system of each level’s immunization and vaccination information. A provincial date center of children’s vaccination should be set up to report the information summary to the national data base, as well as to report the information details to the provincial data base, so that the gathering of children’s inoculation information, the sharing of the provincial children’s inoculation data, and the real-time exchange and timing updating of children’s documents data, can be actualized. Besides, the children of floating population can be immunized, thus the immunization quality and management of children of floating population are promoted.
The administrative authority of inoculation sites of each level (including province, city, county and village) is consistent with its administrative region. Basic information of injector factories & dealers, specification, serial numbers and prices of products should be included in the documents. The management function of the system involves purchasing, distributing, depositing, consigning, pricing, untreading, expiration, settlement and etc. After build up the documents for the injector buyer and users, the system will help recording the details of historical information, such as purchasing, distributing, depositing, consigning, settlement of injectors. As for the producers of bacterins, their documents in the system consists their basic information and price list. The system provides management functions about purchasing, distributing, depositing, consigning, pricing, untreading, settlements of bacterins. The system will help building up documents for the bacterin buyers and users, and recording the details of historical information, such as purchasing, distributing, depositing, consigning, settlement of bacterins.
Surveillance System for the Suspected abnormal reaction in preventive vaccination
Firstly build up documents for side effects of preventive vaccination, then after complete the report and questionary of side effects, each administrative department can accumulate the data and search for information in the system, as well as print and export relevant sheets(EXCEL). The variables are optional for users to export data.
Disease Surveillance System
Firstly build up documents for the information about the preventive vaccination of Poliomyelitis, measles, tetanus, kinkcough, diphtheria, urticaria, epidemic parotitis, Type-B encephalitis, epidemic encephalitis,hydrophobia, chicken pox and etc, then after complete the report and questionary, each administrative unit can accumulate and analyze the date, or search for information in the system, as well as print and export relevant sheets(EXCEL), which will provide consultation for administrative departments to make decision of policies.
Immunization Surveillance Management System
Users can dynamically surveil the rate of children’s immunization success, and then gather and analyze the data. Besides, users can build up surveillance documents for antibody level, in order to dynamically surveil antibody level, as well as gather and analyze these data. |
